Hard rail CNC machine tools are a kind of machine tools that mainly use digital program control, aiming to convey digital instructions to the electronic control system to achieve precise adjustment of motion control. The basic structure includes the spindle box, cutting bed, positioning system and hydraulic control system. The work process mainly includes:
1. Start-up link: After starting up, the self-check function is required to confirm that all components are connected and working properly. In addition, various parameters such as tool radius, number of workpieces, rotation direction, etc. must be set.
2. Processing link: The processing of the workpiece is carried out in multiple steps, such as: selecting the appropriate tool, processing depth and parameters, rotation direction, cutting speed, etc. The control system starts the servo drive to control the motors on each axis according to the set processing program, and positions and controls through computer instructions. The CNC system controls the machine tool servo system to automatically run according to the preset program, including feeding, tool changing, processing and other processes. During the process, the spindle rotates quickly and at high speed to ensure efficient cutting.
3. Feedback and adjustment: The CNC system will detect the status and position of the workpiece in real time, collect relevant information that meets the processing requirements, and automatically adjust the processing process according to the feedback results to ensure processing accuracy and consistency.
4. Complete the processing task: After the operation is completed, through manual inspection and quality inspection, it is finally ensured that the workpiece meets the design requirements. If the processing is unqualified, the operator will formulate appropriate adjustment measures and re-process.
