What inspections are required before using a CNC thread grinder?

The CNC thread grinder is CNC controlled, and can realize the processing motion of four-axis three-linkage and machine tools through the configured SIEMENS 840D or FANUC system. This machine can be used to grind ball screws, trapezoidal screws and various cylindrical worms (with special optional parts), as well as cylindrical and conical thread plug gauges and ring gauges. It can also be used for taps, small modulus hobs and thread milling cutters.

The CNC thread grinder is mainly used for grinding various threads. Instructions for inspection of CNC thread grinder:

1. The equipment should be installed in a room with a constant temperature device to keep the room temperature at 20±1℃;
2. All operating handles must be accurately positioned, easy to use and reliable, and all parts must be complete and intact;
3. A protective baffle that can be opened flexibly and placed reliably should be installed to prevent cooling oil splashing and oil mist pollution;
4. The pitch adjustment device should have complete and intact parts, and ensure that the gears do not loosen during operation;
