Small CNC lathes are widely used in the power equipment manufacturing industry. China has always paid attention to the manufacture of power equipment. After decades of development, my country’s power equipment manufacturing level has ranked among the top in the world, and my country’s electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises are capable of meeting the development needs of smart grids. The development of related power equipment manufacturing machine tools has also reached a higher level.

The precision indicators of small CNC lathes are generally divided into: positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; resolution and pulse equivalent; indexing accuracy. Positioning accuracy refers to the degree of consistency between the actual motion position and the command position of moving parts such as the worktable of a small CNC lathe, and the inconsistent difference is the positioning error. Factors causing positioning errors include servo systems, detection systems, feed transmissions, and guide rail errors. Positioning errors directly affect the dimensional accuracy of machined parts. Repeated positioning accuracy refers to the degree of consistency of the results obtained after completing the specified operation multiple times under the same operating mode and conditions. Repeated positioning accuracy is generally a normally distributed accidental error, which will affect the consistency of batch processed parts. It is a very important performance indicator. Generally, the positioning accuracy of a small CNC lathe is 0.018mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy is 0.008mm.
Resolution and pulse equivalent: Resolution refers to the minimum displacement gap that can be distinguished. For the measurement system, resolution is the minimum displacement that can be measured, and for the control system, resolution is the minimum displacement increment that can be controlled. Pulse equivalent refers to the displacement of the machine tool displacement component when the CNC device does not send a pulse signal.
Indexing accuracy: Indexing accuracy refers to the difference between the actual rotation angle and the command rotation angle when the indexing table is indexing. Indexing accuracy affects the angular position of the part processing part in space, and also affects the coaxiality of the hole system processing.
