The use environment of CNC machine tools

Generally speaking, there are no special requirements for the use environment of CNC machine tools. They can be placed in the production workshop like ordinary machine tools. However, they should avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, too humid or dusty places, and especially places with corrosive gases. Corrosive gases are most likely to corrode and deteriorate electronic components, or cause poor contact, or cause short circuits between components, affecting the normal operation of the machine tools. Keep away from equipment with large vibrations, such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc. For high-precision CNC machine tools, anti-vibration measures (such as anti-vibration grooves, etc.) should also be taken.

Power supply requirements
CNC machine tools also have no special requirements for power supply. Generally, fluctuations of ±10% are allowed. However, due to the specific situation of power supply in my country, not only is the power supply fluctuation large (sometimes far exceeding 10%), but the quality is poor. The AC power supply is often superimposed with some high-frequency clutter signals, which can be clearly observed with an oscilloscope. Sometimes, there are instantaneous interference signals with large amplitudes, which destroy the programs or parameters of the CNC system and affect the normal operation of the machine tools. The CNC machine tools can use dedicated power supply (separate a line from the low-voltage distribution room for CNC machine tools) or add voltage stabilizing equipment to reduce the impact of power supply quality and reduce electrical interference.
