Daily inspection is to detect according to the normal conditions of each system. For example, during the process detection of the spindle lubrication system, the power indicator light should be on and the oil pump should work normally. If the power indicator light is not on, stop the spindle and contact the mechanical engineer for repair.
Weekly inspection: The main items of weekly inspection of CNC machining CNC lathes include lathe parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be properly checked every week, especially the iron filings and external debris of lathe parts.
Monthly inspection: Check the lubrication of the X, Y, and Z axis tracks to ensure that the track surface is well lubricated. Check and clean the limit switch and bumper. Check whether the oil in the knife cylinder oil cup is sufficient, and replenish it in time if it is insufficient. Check whether the indicator lights and warning nameplates on the machine are clear and exist.
Half-year inspection: remove the three-axis chip cover, clean the three-axis oil pipe joint, ball screw, and three-axis limit switch, and check whether they are normal. Check whether the hard rail wiper blades of each axis are working properly. Check whether the servo motors and magnetic heads of each axis are working properly and whether there are any abnormal noises. Replace the hydraulic device oil and mechanism oil of the tool magazine reducer. Test the gap of each axis and adjust the compensation amount if necessary. Clean the dust in the electrical box (make sure the machine tool is turned off). Comprehensively check whether all contacts, connectors, sockets and switches are normal. Check and adjust the mechanical level.
The CNC lathe must be strictly grounded and use a three-core power plug to reduce electrostatic interference, improve the stability of the machine tool, and protect the operator. In summer, due to excessive power consumption and rainy season, the power supply line often has unstable voltage, resulting in failures and even burning of components such as the driver. Small CNC lathe manufacturers recommend purchasing voltage regulators of corresponding models.
If the startup rate of the CNC lathe is not high, in addition to investment, it cannot play a role in reproduction. There is also a worry that the warranty period is the warranty period. Because the CNC lathe equipment has a warranty period, the CNC lathe user should make full use of the lathe during this period and expose its thin parts as soon as possible so that it can be processed within the warranty period. If it is not used for a long time, it may accelerate the deterioration or damage of electronic components due to moisture and other reasons. Especially in the rainy season, the machine should be operated correctly.
