Preparation before powering on the CNC bending machine

After the CNC bending machine arrives at the user’s factory, the user unit will fix the machine tool with reference to the “Machine Tool Instructions”. During the process of fixing the machine tool, please be sure to keep the appearance of the machine tool control cabinet clean, and prevent the cement slurry water and cement dust used for pouring from splashing into the cabinet, affecting the operating life of key components in the cabinet. During the placement of the machine tool, please be sure to reserve the pipeline of the power supply to the power inlet of the CNC high-voltage cabinet. Please reasonably select the size of the power supply power line according to the total power of the machine tool provided by the data nameplate on the high-voltage cabinet.


The machine tool can be pre-started one week after it is fixed. Before connecting the power cord, first hoist the CNC system. For the wiring of the CNC system, please connect the power supply and high-speed communication cable respectively. Before hoisting the CNC system, you must check whether the 360° limit of the rotation angle of the rotating flange is fixed and secure. Please choose a good angle when hoisting.

After the CNC system is installed, please connect the two-hand operation station to the industrial rectangular socket on the side of the cabinet or at the bottom of the cabinet. Since the machine tool has been transported over long distances and hoisted in place, after the above work is completed. It is necessary to check whether the fastening screws at each point of the machine tool are loose, check whether the pipelines of the hydraulic system are loose, lubricate each moving part, adjust the level of the machine tool, check whether there are loose components in the power cabinet, and check whether there are signs of scratches and extrusion on the peripheral lines.
The next work is that the user connects the power supply line reserved next to the machine to the specified terminal block in the power cabinet. Please use a special cold-pressed terminal to fix the wire end to ensure that the power supply line is firm and reliable to reduce the heating phenomenon of virtual connection; please ensure that the grounding is firm and reliable.
Before the CNC bending machine is powered on, please close each circuit breaker in the following order:

  1. First check whether there is a short circuit between the three-phase power supply of the main circuit, and check whether the input power supply voltage meets the requirements on the machine tool data nameplate. Only after confirmation can the main power switch be closed.
  2. Check the voltage at the input end of the control transformer and servo transformer in turn, and close these two circuit breakers after confirmation.
  3. Refer to the electrical principle to check whether the voltage of each output point of the control transformer and servo transformer meets the requirements. After confirming that it is correct, close the circuit breaker at the output end of the control transformer and servo transformer. At this time, the cooling fan of the electric cabinet starts to work.
  4. Refer to the electrical schematic diagram to check whether the output of the switching power supply VC1 (for the CNC system) and VC2 (external DC24V control power supply) meets the requirements. After confirming that it is correct, close these two circuit breakers.
