  1. CNC System

The CNC system is the core component of the machining center. It is like the human brain. All the actions and procedures of the machining center are completed by it. At present, there are many mainstream systems in the domestic market. Foreign system brands mainly include Germany’s Siemens system, Japan’s Fanuc system, and Mitsubishi system; domestic system brands mainly include Guangzhou CNC system and Huazhong CNC system; Taiwan’s system brands mainly include Baoyuan and Xindai. Different CNC systems have large differences in quotations. Compared with domestic systems, Taiwan systems are 10,000 to 20,000 yuan more expensive than domestic systems, Mitsubishi systems are 40,000 to 50,000 yuan more expensive, and Fanuc systems are 40,000 to 80,000 yuan more expensive. Therefore, when choosing a CNC system, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors including workpiece conditions, use environment, processing technology, procurement accounting, etc. In situations where processing requirements are not high and budgets are limited, domestic CNC systems or Taiwan systems can be selected.

The spindle is a key component of the entire machine tool, because it directly contacts the workpiece through the tool, and plays a vital role in ensuring the final processing accuracy of the workpiece. The price of the spindle is also closely related to the transmission mode, speed, cooling system, etc. Generally, the spindle will be equipped with an oil-cooled or water-cooled cooling system. The most common transmission modes of the spindle are belt drive and direct drive.
