Horizontal milling and boring machines are the most widely used general-purpose milling machines. Their horizontally mounted spindle features axial feed, enabling complex machining of box-type parts through multiple machining operations, including boring, drilling, and milling. This machine utilizes a single-column, side-mounted worktable with longitudinal and transverse motion. Its X/Y/Z axial travels are 1600mm, 1200mm, and 1400mm (for models without a rear column), respectively, and it has a maximum load capacity of 3000kg. The spindle system utilizes an AC servo motor driven gear transmission and a SINUMERIK 802D CNC system for three-axis linkage control, achieving positioning accuracy of 0.005mm.

The machine bed is constructed of high-quality gray cast iron using a resin sand casting process and equipped with a Hirth-tooth positioning mechanism. The spindle box and counterweights utilize a 1:1 counterweight ratio, and the guideway surfaces are hardened for improved wear resistance. The application of high-speed electric spindle technology has enabled the spindle speed to exceed 10,000 r/min. At the same time, it is equipped with a double-sided milling structure and thermal deformation compensation function, supporting the processing of complex parts in the fields of mold manufacturing, energy equipment, etc.
