Recently, BULAMA Intelligent Equipment Group has successfully developed a new generation of five-axis linkage high-precision CNC machine tools, with a positioning accuracy of 0.003mm, and performance comparable to international top brands, marking a major breakthrough in my country’s high-end CNC machine tool field, providing strong equipment support for industries such as aerospace, precision molds, and medical devices.

Technology leadership: double breakthroughs in precision and intelligence
The CNC machine tools released this time use a number of innovative technologies:

Five-axis linkage precision control: Through the independently developed CNC system and high-rigidity mechanical structure, one-time forming processing of complex curved surface parts is achieved, and efficiency is increased by 40%.

Intelligent compensation system: equipped with temperature and vibration real-time monitoring modules, automatically correcting processing errors to ensure stability under long-term operation.

Digital twin technology: supports virtual debugging and process simulation to reduce trial and error costs in actual processing.

Green and energy-saving design: Compared with traditional machine tools, it consumes 25% less energy and is equipped with an oil mist recovery device, which meets environmental protection requirements.

Breaking the monopoly and promoting domestic substitution
For a long time, the high-end CNC machine tool market has been dominated by companies such as Germany and Japan. The advent of this product not only fills the gap in domestic processing equipment in the fields of aircraft engine blades and precision optical devices, but its price is only 70% of imported similar products. It has won orders from key customers such as China Commercial Aircraft Corporation and Huawei supply chain companies.

The chief engineer of BULAMA Group said: “We have broken through the “neck-stuck” technologies such as high-speed spindle dynamic balance and multi-axis collaborative algorithms. The next step will be to deploy milling machine tools and ultra-precision processing equipment to fully participate in international competition.”

Industry impact: Enabling intelligent manufacturing upgrades
With the explosive growth of industries such as new energy vehicles and semiconductor equipment, the market demand for high-precision CNC machine tools has surged. According to data from the China Machine Tool Industry Association, the scale of my country’s CNC machine tool market will exceed 380 billion yuan in 2023, but the localization rate of high-end products is less than 30%. The mass production of this machine tool is expected to drive the overall upgrade of the industrial chain.

At present, BULAMA Group has jointly built “intelligent CNC laboratories” with a number of universities, and plans to build a digital factory in the Yangtze River Delta to achieve an annual production capacity target of 2,000 high-end CNC machine tools.
