What is the machining accuracy of CNC lathes? The CNC lathe headstock and the bed, tailstock, pallet and other joint surfaces are manually scraped and polished, and the whole machine is tested by laser interferometer to effectively ensure the positioning accuracy of the Z axis and X axis, the repeat positioning accuracy, the reverse clearance and the stability of the lathe.

The lathe is made of high-strength cast iron, with special materials such as copper and chromium added. The width of the bed rail is 400mm, and the quenching depth of the bed rail reaches 4mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the lathe. Compared with ordinary lathes, the CNC lathes of CNC lathe manufacturers have the following characteristics:
- High machining accuracy and stable machining quality.
- Multi-coordinate linkage can be performed, and parts with complex shapes can be processed.
- When the processed parts change, only the CNC program is changed to save production time.
- The lathe itself has high precision and high rigidity, and a lathe with high processing volume and high productivity can be selected.
- The lathe has a high degree of automation, which can reduce labor intensity.
CNC lathes should not cut printed circuits at will. Some maintenance personnel have certain experience in home appliance maintenance and are accustomed to checking broken circuits, but the circuit boards on CNC equipment are mostly double-sided metal perforated plates or multi-layer perforated plates. The printed circuits are fine and dense. Once cut, it is not easy to weld, and it is easy to cut adjacent lines when cutting. In addition, at some points, when a certain line is cut, it cannot be separated from the line, and several lines need to be cut at the same time.
Analysis of CNC lathes The processing accuracy of CNC lathes is high. The processing accuracy of CNC lathes can generally reach 0.05-0.1MM. CNC lathes are controlled in the form of digital signals. For each pulse signal output by the CNC device, the moving parts of the lathe move a pulse equivalent (generally 0.001MM), and the reverse clearance of the lathe feed transmission chain and the average error of the lead screw pitch can be compensated by the CNC device. Therefore, the positioning accuracy of CNC lathes is relatively high.
